Welcome to EasyInvite. These terms govern your use of our platform for creating digital invitations and managing events. Last updated: October 6, 2026.
Introduction
Your use of the EasyInvite website and services (the "Platform") is subject to the terms below. By accessing the Platform, registering or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Platform lets you create digital invitations for events, share them with guests, manage RSVPs and guest lists, and — for business operators — offer invitations to customers using vouchers.
User Responsibilities
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and creating events, and to update it when needed.
Lawful use
Using the Platform for unlawful, harassing or abusive purposes, or in a way that infringes third-party rights, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
Payments and Checkout
Paid features (such as publishing an event or buying vouchers) are sold through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases: it processes your payment, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, issues receipts and provides billing support under its own terms and privacy policy. EasyInvite does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full payment card details.

- Refunds and payment disputes are subject to the Lemon Squeezy checkout terms; you can also contact us through our contact page.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — designs, text, graphics, logos, icons and software — is the property of EasyInvite or its content providers and is protected by copyright law.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission.
- Content you upload (images, greetings) remains yours; you grant us a license to display it as part of the service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
"The service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. EasyInvite does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Platform and is not responsible for user-generated content, external links (WhatsApp, Waze, Google Maps) or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyInvite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and its total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify EasyInvite against claims arising from content you upload or your breach of these terms."
Termination
EasyInvite may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if these terms are breached or if your continued activity poses a risk to the Platform, other users or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of the place where you live.
